Hello Nish, Great pictures. Being an Indian residing abroad, surfing Indian photoblogs is sort of therapeutic - sights of India on my desktop. My imagination fills in the sounds and smells. I am curious as to what camera you are using (I know its not the camera but the person behind it that makes the difference)- just curious though. Thanks. - Amit.
Hi Nish, You have got some amazing colours there! The DOF is great and the composition near perfect. The only thing I would have liked is for the picture to be more sharper. Did you use a tripod for this ? Was the light sufficient ? And hey thanks for posting the larger sized image!
Amit : Thanks for visiting my photoblog! I am currently using a Fujifilm Finepix S5000.
Suyog : Thanks man! I didnt have a tripod for this, i too thought it was not as sharp as i wanted it to be. was using a macro filter for this one and while using it the DOF is paper thin, you can see with the image the other side of the bug is blurred and any movement is punished! I clicked this one at about 9 or so in the morning light was fine. this was my first real attempt at macros. learnt a lot.
